"Art of Negotiating with a Full View"

Video Invitation:  Link

Have you signed an agreement and thought darn “I know I could have done better?” Are you confident enough to ask for what you want? Have you ever discovered you missed important facts during the negotiation conversation?

There are two views to every negotiation - your view and the full view.  It is rare that you have the opportunity to see the negotiation from the perspective of your counterpart or the full view. With the full view you would have known their goals, assumptions, constraints.

Don’t miss the APICS February 12, 2020 event!  This APICS session is not your typical educational event.  In this session, you will  freshen up your negotiation technique and test your skill with real negotiation experience.  After the negotiation closes, you will have the opportunity to see the negotiation from the full view. You will hear what assumptions, constraints, and goals your counterpart was really faced with.  You can expect an eye-opening experience.

Haven’t you always wanted to know how close you came to the best agreement?  What’s even better…Negotiation expert, Penny Rosema, will share tools you can use on your next negotiation:

  • Key phrases that keep the negotiation moving forward.
  • How to interpret what your counterpart is saying.
  • The secret to gaining more time to think during the negotiation process.

Once you better understand the dynamics of the process, you can negotiate from a position of strength.  Negotiate with the perspective of two views, and you’ll be poised to negotiate like a boss!
